Very delicate aroma, with a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, the trademark of all Senkin sake.
Small-batch handwork, brewed in wooden barrels, extremely slow pressing. Unpasteurised, unfiltered, undiluted.
Store in refrigeration, drink cold.
